August 15, Day 63 - In Orillia

We got a late start this morning after getting to bed so late. Had breakfast and then did some final cleaning. Linda walked to the farmer’s market to get fresh fruits and veggies. It was a huge market, plus there was an old/antique car show in town so the streets were packed. Later we went to the grocery store and the liquor store for more provisioning. Linda went for a walk, but didn’t feel up to taking the bike out. It got pretty hot today and we were moving in slow motion.

Finally the Hanson’s arrived!!!!! They had a grueling trip to get here. They came by way of Mackinac Island and had to take 1 car, 4 planes, 4 shuttles, 2 ferries and 6 horse-drawn carriages to get here!!

We had dinner over at the train again and listened to some loud folk music. We came back to the boat and caught up on their Mackinac trip and all the horse stories. Gerry checked out his WiFi booster stuff that he had previously ordered and shipped to them (we couldn’t get it shipped to a Canadian address). It will be interesting to see how well it works. After that it was off to bed because everyone was tired.

No pictures today.
