March 17, Day 265 – In Fort Lauderdale

We slept in this morning as it was cloudy and rainy. Hey, we’ve had 4 days of outstanding weather, so guess we can’t complain.

Around mid-day we went out and about to run a few errands. We need to make good use of the rental car while we have it.

We went to Bluewater Books, where they have more charts and cruising guides than you can imagine; Total Wine, where they have incredibly low prices; ACE Hardware, where we bought a sodastream machine so no more cans of soda; a couple of marine-type stores, where we bought more pads for Linda’s new polisher; and out for a late lunch. Before we knew it, the day was over so we headed back to the boat.

We did a few chores and then watched a movie. It hadn’t been a real exciting day, but we got a lot done. Sorry, nothing noteworthy to take pictures of.
