Exploring Alice Town

12/18 - Saturday was a day of contrasts. First we had calm winds and very sunny and warm temperatures, then we had windy and sunny weather. By afternoon it was cloudy and windy and by evening we had windy and rainy weather. We spent the sunny part of the day exploring the beaches. We found lots of sea glass, sea shells and sea critters along with great ocean views. We took the dinghy out and explored the shore line. We attended a happy hour with many other cruisers and we went out to dinner at a local restaurant. On the way back to the boat we got drenched as it was raining hard. We watched a little TV (Follow Me and Direct TV seem to work great here) and then off to bed.

We saw 3 guys walking down the beach
Hey, it was Michael, Gerry and Bob

The north end of Bimini was recently developed.  However,
the marinas were mostly empty.
